Edition of 500 copies. Catalog numbers are respectively from spine, front cover and A-side label.
The Nurse With Wound track uses samples of records by Mike Nichols & Elaine May, John Cage with David Tudor, The Nihilist Spasm Band and others.
The front cover was rotated by John Fothergill and not printed the way Steven Stapleton intended. There was also to be an insert included with this LP, but that idea was cancelled.
